Music Ministry





At Christ the King Parish, music enhances the celebration of the liturgies, and it reflects the readings of the day. Being part of the spirited-filled music ministry offers a unique chance to share your talents while supporting and leading the congregation in prayer through music. Donny Nolan, the Director of Music, personally invites you to take advantage of this opportunity to join one of our spirit-filled choirs. Christ the King Parish has singers from all ages and represent four choirs.  They lead the sung prayer at daily/weekend Masses and other special liturgies.



The Adult Choir sings under the direction of Donny Nolan at the Sunday 10:30 a.m. Mass, and rehearses on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. As Director, Donny writes many of the liturgical compositions and arrangements. . The Young Adult Choir sings under the direction of Beth Beckel at the Sunday 5:30 p.m. Mass, and rehearses before Mass at 4:30 p.m. Young adults from junior high on are invited to join. Their accompanist is Jack Hart. Contact Beth Beckel at

Gerry Anderson, an accompanist for the children’s choir at Christ the King, Mashpee Cape Cod composed this song sung by Meghan Carey a soloist in the choir. Gerry has been the accompanist for the children’s choir for the past 13 years.Meghan Carey is 16 years old. She has been singing with the Children’s Choir at Christ the King since she was 5 years old. Meg is a Junior at
Falmouth High School and is a member of the Falmouth High School Repertory Singers and has taken singing lesson since she was 13.


There is a place for just about anyone who can carry a tune, enjoys singing, and more importantly would like to be a part of this wonderful ministry. Members of our various choirs truly help each of us celebrate the gift of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
