You're Invited to a ADVENT Prayer Challenge
The journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem was one of risk, uncertainty, and chaos – yet, somehow, it remained marked by a sacred stillness in an unshakable peace. How was this possible? For the 25 days leading up to Christmas, we’ll walk alongside Mary and Joseph and learn from their holy examples. Guided by the infancy narratives by Caryll Houselander’s “The Reid of God”, explore how stillness and surrender can anchor your heart in Jesus. Finally, calm, and peace, amid life’s chaos by drawing on wisdom from John Mark Cormier’s “Ruthless Elimination of Hurry” and the writings of the Saints.
Starting December 1st, 2025, Christ the King Parish will be journeying through Hallow’s Pray25 Challenge, preparing our hearts for Christmas through daily prayer and reflection. Scroll below for our FAMILY selection.
Already a Hallow user? You can access the prayer challenge by visiting our parish page on the Community tab of the app at the bottom of your screen, and visit our parish page, Christ the King Parish Mashpee or use 02649 and join the Advent prayer challenge.
New to Hallow? Visit hallow.com/parish, search for our parish using our zip code, 02649 and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a special trial with full access to Hallow’s premium content. If you prefer to stay on the free version, just tap “skip” you’ll still have access to our parish page and the Advent Prayer challenge.

For Families "Finding Fiat"
This is a family-oriented program designed for the 2025 Advent season to encourage prayer with children.
This advent season, join Grace, a sweet and thoughtful 10-year-old as she prepares for the lead role of Mary in her school nativity play! With the help of her big brother Brad, her best friends, Paul and Mia and her feisty aunt Marge, Grace will come to find her own little Fiat this advent. With immersive episodes of the life of Mary, a new game show, prayers from the Little Office of the blessed Virgin Mary – and so much more – this is an advent challenge you and your family won’t want to miss!
This prayer challenge also starts, December 1, 2025 and the instructions to join are the same as above. We hope to see you there!

If you are already on Hallow
To join the parish page, open the Hallow app, navigate to the Community tab, search for our parish by typing zip code “02649″, and join!
Start at hallow.com/parish The best way to find us is our zip code 02649
You will see options, click Christ the King then click continue
Our Christ the King page will come up, click join

Afterward, you will be prompted to create a password. ***It is crucial to note that the registration method you choose will determine your login credentials. Remember, the registration method is the same login method.
